Club Application

If you would like to apply to start a club at Hough, please fill out the application listed below. When you have completed the application, either email it to vickie.waddell@cms.k12.nc.us or turn it in to her at school. In addition to the club application, you must also include the items listed under "How to Request Membership into the ICC."
