Club Meeting Notes and Attendance

 

If you are an approved club, you will need to turn in your meeting notes and attendance after each meeting. You MUST use the standard meeting notes/attendance form for the meeting to be documented. The standard form can be found below. Please turn the form into Mrs. Waddell right after your meeting. You can email the form to her at vickie.waddell@cms.k12.nc.us or turn it into her in person.
